NATURAL HISTORY PROGRAMS

Heinrich Ecological Services (HES) offers natural history programming for diverse audiences, with special emphasis on training educators, habitat and resource managers, and naturalists. Our programming is based on the belief that education is the foundation of conservation. PowerPoint presentations, courses, and workshops are designed to assist participants with improving their natural history knowledge and skills, as well as their ability to make sound conservation decisions. All programs are facilitated by George L. Heinrich whose conservation and environmental education work has been recognized by several state and regional NGOs, including the Golden LEEF Award for Outstanding Contribution to Florida Environmental Education from the League of Environmental Educators in Florida.
